Contact us to share an Extraordinary Life you want to shine a light on, and we’ll schedule a call to learn more and discuss basic information related to cost, time commitments, privacy, and ownership.
During the call, we’ll ask a few questions about the Extraordinary Life you have selected and the people with whom you wish to involve (considered informants). With this information, we’ll prepare a proposal outlining project deliverables, estimated timelines, and total cost.
Upon receipt of a signed proposal, we’ll schedule times to interview informants, which are typically family members, friends, colleagues and any others who can provide essential context and guidance. At this time, we will also request any meaningful photographs, videos, or written and graphic material to include in the project.
We will schedule a time(s) to meet and interview the Extraordinary Life, based, and sequenced on information and guidance gathered from previous interviews with family, friends, and colleagues.
We may reconnect with informants to add information, request materials, and/or coordinate an event to extra capture footage to further contextualize the Extraordinary Life interview.
Based on deliverables proposed, interviews, and materials provided, we will produce an audio podcast (typically 1-2 hours) and shorter visual film (ranging from 5 – 30min) for you to review and provide feedback and change requests.
Once you approve the final products, we’ll release via online links and flash drives for you to enjoy and cherish forever.
We limit the number of projects we do each year to care for, serve, and focus on your project fully.
